Work? How could anyone possibly call this fantastic obsession with connecting people with their potential work?

I am a passionate believer in the human potential for success. It is my vocation to coach people from all walks of life, to harness their potential at work and as people.

Warmth and enthusiasm are my watchwords. A coach needs to create an environment where people feel secure and can think creatively, I love to do that every day.

Every day is spent thinking up new ways to stretch people, challenge their thinking and support their growth...

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with honours, the beginning of my fascination with what makes people tick.

With 10 years experience in the field of people development my sights are solidly set on being a world class coach and facilitator, and ultimately being a truly inspirational influence, empowering others to live extraordinary lives.

I am qualified and experienced in using psychometric tests such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Firo-B, an NLP Practioner and qualified coach.

I am experienced in needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

I love my garden, messy and frustrating as it can be.

I can sometimes be found, pounding the country lanes, mistakenly thinking I could be built for speed!
