Step 1:
Get to know yourself better. Self awareness is a key factor in maximising
your performance. Using a series of techniques, including suitable
psychometric assessments where appropriate, you'll be supported to
explore what makes you tick and what you want to achieve.
Step 2:
Establish your current level of mental toughness. Using the MTQ48
online questionnaire you'll get an objective review of your current
state. This will confirm where you are already resilient and where
you might get benefit from strengthening yourself, so you get great
performance every time!
Step 3:
Explore techniques to develop your mental toughness.
In a workshop environment, or one to one with your coach,
you will be guided through a variety of practical and effective
techniques proven to develop mental toughness.
Step 4:
Practice, practice, practice! Selecting the techniques
that most suit your personality and preferences you'll be
encouraged to put them into action!
