All face to face events take advantage of NLP and accelerated learning techniques to ensure that intense learning has maximum impact.

Making it stick:

In addition to delivering top quality, energising learning events, we recommend broader learning plans, ensuring delegates get the best possible chance to embed the skills they acquire. A single intervention is unlikely to create significant behaviour change. We recommend pre and post course activities or reading designed specifically to enhance the learning. These recommendations can be supplied by Nova-Via or link to any internal resources/e-learning you may want your teams to utilise, making your training as cost effective as possible.
